Roles

For the files you send, you are the controller and I act as your processor. For the contact details in the form, I am the controller.

What I collect

• The details you enter in the upload form.
• The files you upload.
• Your browser's user-agent string, saved with your submission so I can investigate upload problems.

Nothing else. I don't store your IP address. There are no analytics and no tracking cookies, and this site sets no cookies of its own. The upload page loads Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and run that check.

What it's used for

Only to process your batch, deliver it, invoice you, and reply to you.

Where it's stored

Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 storage in the EU jurisdiction. To process them, I download them to my own computer in Tbilisi, Georgia, which is outside the EU, and run geofix there. No third-party processing service is involved.

Sub-processors

• Cloudflare: hosting this site, storing uploaded files (EU jurisdiction), and the Turnstile spam check.
• Resend: sending the notification and confirmation emails for each upload. These emails contain the form details and file names, never your files or links to them.

Retention

Uploaded files are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and local working copies within 30 days of delivery. Contact details are kept as long as needed for invoicing and your requests.
